Polyester is required for a successful finish on sublimation products. The percentage of polyester that is in your garment will determine the percentage of ink that will transfer from your paper to the garment. Hard surfaces must also have a polyester coating for a successful finish. Sublimation printers do not print white, so whatever you have that is white in your image will be the color of your garment or surface.
